Quando tento criar um projeto conforme a orientação do vídeo, no passo da criação do activity, não habilita o botão next e emite a mensagem "This template requires a build target API version of at least 14, and the current version is 8".
Devo acrescentar no SDK manager uma api least 14?

Quando acrescento o API LEAST 14, no projeto aparece no layout "fragment_main.xml"
